| We were given David's business card from a friend who said, he is the one you need to contact. We called him and he came over to the house the very same day. We gave him the tour of the house and he gave us some suggestions on what we needed to do and went over all the paperwork. When we had questions he was right there to answer them, there was no phone tag or waiting days for him to get back to us it was great! David did a lot of open houses and he had our house sold in 1 month! WOW!

| After two months of trying a "For Sale by Owner", I concluded that I needed to bring in the professionals. Not knowing whom to contact, I remembered my neighbor had used him. Dave proved to be an excellent choice! Not your "typical" real-estate person, Dave impressed me with his calm, easy-going, no-pressure demeanor. Once he got working for me, he ran many Open Houses and relentlessly pursued marketing my home. Once sold, problems naturally arose concerning the closing, and Dave was always available and calmly took care of business. The lesson I learned from this experience is that trying to sell your home yourself might sound good, but there are many, many hurdles. Were I to sell my property again, I wouldn't hesitate to call Dave.
